The owners of several businesses located in Gruene Historic District at New Braunfels, TX are seeking an Office Assistant to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support for their Gruene Corporate Office and Marketing Team. Must be an enthusiastic, personable, dependable, responsible self-starter with proven office experience and marketing knowledge as well as possess a lively and welcoming phone voice and in person demeanor. The ideal candidate would also have experience in the restaurant, music and/or visitor industries. This is an entry level position with potential advancement opportunities.
Qualifications:
• 2 years minimum experience in a service position
• Outgoing and personable
• Effective verbal, listening and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Exceptional customer service skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Front line Receptionist handling all incoming calls, mail and visitors
• Handle marketing administrative tasks and support
• Responsible for general office set-up including daily opening and closing duties, stocking copy room, kitchen and restroom supplies and overall tidiness
